一、噴碼機(jī)日常使用注意事項(xiàng)：
1. Notices for the daily use of jet printers:
1、因噴碼機(jī)使用的油墨和稀釋劑非常容易燃燒，所以須在良好通風(fēng)處安放噴碼機(jī)，遠(yuǎn)離火源、火焰和靜電。
1. Because the ink and diluent used in the jet printer are very easy to burn, it is necessary to place the jet printer in a well-ventilated place, away from fire, flame and static electricity.
2、不要遺留油墨、清洗劑浸泡過的碎布和碎紙片在噴碼機(jī)旁。

3、 嚴(yán)禁在噴碼機(jī)附近吸煙，應(yīng)懸掛“禁止煙火”和“易燃油墨”標(biāo)志在噴碼機(jī)附近。

二、噴碼機(jī)電氣連接注意事項(xiàng)
II. Notices for Electrical Connection of Jet Coder
1、 接到220V單項(xiàng)電源（含地線），必須使用原廠電源線，連接到固定的、安裝有地線的電源插座上。
1. When connected to 220V single power supply (including ground wire), the original power supply cable must be used and connected to a fixed power socket with ground wire.
2、 地線的連接必須遵守有關(guān)規(guī)定。如果地線接觸不良，有可能造成噴碼機(jī)主板的損壞或引起其它潛在危險(xiǎn)。
2. The connection of ground wires must comply with the relevant regulations of the state. If the ground wire contact is not good, it may cause damage to the printer motherboard or other potential hazards.
三、日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng)

1. 使用噴碼機(jī)油墨、稀釋劑時(shí)對(duì)禁止配戴隱形眼鏡。

?北京噴碼機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)主要是管路、噴頭保養(yǎng)：
Maintenance of Beijing Printer is mainly pipeline and nozzle maintenance.
a) 墨水更新：先將管路里的墨水全部抽空，稀釋劑注入墨水罐運(yùn)行1h后全部 排出，再次加入稀釋劑運(yùn)行0.5h后全部排出，加入原廠墨水。建議機(jī)器每使用一年進(jìn)行一次墨水更新，保證設(shè)備運(yùn)行更加穩(wěn)定。（抽出的廢液不建議二次使用，以免造成管路堵塞） a) 噴頭清洗：對(duì)于不具備自動(dòng)清洗功能的噴碼機(jī)，建議每天開關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)清洗，以 確保機(jī)獲得高品質(zhì)的打印效果。在噴頭下方放置容器，用專用洗瓶裝入稀釋劑，對(duì)準(zhǔn)噴嘴、充電極、檢測(cè)極、高壓偏轉(zhuǎn)板上的墨漬進(jìn)行清洗，注意不要讓稀釋劑濺入口眼及皮膚，清洗干凈后，用紙巾將噴頭各部件的清洗劑擦干。
(a) Ink renewal: first, all the ink in the pipeline is exhausted, diluent is injected into the ink tank for 1 hour, then all the ink is discharged after adding diluent for 0.5 hours, and then the original ink is added. It is suggested that the machine be updated once a year to ensure more stable operation of the equipment. (Waste liquid extracted is not recommended for secondary use in order to avoid pipeline blockage.) a) Sprinkler cleaning: For the sprinkler without automatic cleaning function, it is recommended that the machine be cleaned when switched on and off every day to ensure high quality printing effect. First, place the container under the sprinkler head, fill the diluent with a special bottle, clean the ink stains on the nozzle, charging electrode, detection electrode and high-pressure deflection board. Take care not to let the diluent splash into the eyes and skin. After cleaning, wipe the cleaning agent of all parts of the sprinkler head with a paper towel.
b) 調(diào)整墨線：若發(fā)現(xiàn)墨線偏離回收器，進(jìn)行噴嘴打通，用專用洗瓶加入少 許稀釋劑至噴嘴帽，反復(fù)打通3次左右，如墨線始終在同一位置則需進(jìn)行人為調(diào)節(jié)噴腔。墨線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：正對(duì)回收器觀察，墨線噴入回收器三分之一處且略左。（側(cè)看墨線在回收器正中間）
B) Adjust ink line: If the ink line deviates from the reclaimer, the nozzle should be opened first, a little diluent should be added to the nozzle cap with a special washing bottle, and the nozzle cap should be opened three times or so repeatedly. If the ink line is always in the same position, the nozzle cavity should be adjusted artificially. Ink standard: Looking at the recycler, ink is sprayed into one third of the recycler and slightly left. (Look sideways at the ink line in the middle of the receiver)
二）噴碼機(jī)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停機(jī)后的維護(hù) 任何一次停機(jī)，無(wú)論時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短，只要該噴碼機(jī)在每周內(nèi)開機(jī)運(yùn)行2次，并打開墨線至少持續(xù)運(yùn)行或油墨更新一個(gè)小時(shí)，這樣就可以用若干次短停機(jī)替代長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的停機(jī)。
2) Maintenance of any downtime of the jet printer after a long downtime, regardless of the length of time, as long as the jet printer runs twice a week, and opens the ink line to run continuously or ink updates for at least one hour, it can replace the long downtime with several short downtime.
1）噴碼機(jī)停機(jī)時(shí)間為8-15天：對(duì)喉管和噴頭進(jìn)行一次清洗，噴頭朝上放置，防止墨水回流。
1) Inkjet printer shutdown time is 8-15 days: the throat and nozzle are cleaned once, the nozzle is placed upward to prevent ink reflux.
2）噴碼機(jī)停機(jī)時(shí)間超過15天：此時(shí)必須將機(jī)器內(nèi)的墨水排放后加入稀釋劑運(yùn)行，完畢后把噴頭朝上放置，防止墨水回流。
2) The stop time of the printer is more than 15 days. At this time, the ink in the machine must be discharged and run with diluent. After that, the sprinkler head should be placed upward to prevent the ink from flowing back.
3）長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停機(jī)后啟動(dòng)噴碼機(jī)注意事項(xiàng) 停機(jī)8-30天后噴碼機(jī)的啟動(dòng)，如有必要，檢驗(yàn)一下墨線穩(wěn)定性。進(jìn)行一次5分鐘的噴嘴打通。
3) Start the printer after a long downtime. Notes: Start the printer 8-30 days after the downtime. If necessary, check the stability of the ink line. Make a 5-minute nozzle pass.

將管路中的油墨排空。加入稀釋劑運(yùn)行一小時(shí)，疏通因長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停機(jī)而堵塞的管路。稀釋劑運(yùn)行時(shí)可進(jìn)行一次5分鐘的噴嘴打通。稀釋劑運(yùn)行完畢后排空管路，加入新油墨，再打通噴嘴3分鐘使墨線位置更加穩(wěn)定。
Empty the ink in the pipeline. Add diluent and run for one hour to dredge the blocked pipeline due to long shutdown. When the diluent is running, the nozzle can be opened for 5 minutes at a time. After the diluent is running, the drainage pipe is emptied, new ink is added, and the nozzle is opened for 3 minutes to make the ink line position more stable.
5) 噴碼機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)周期。 每15天對(duì)噴碼機(jī)管路進(jìn)行一次檢查，是否老化、接頭是否松動(dòng) 更換過濾器。該操作視環(huán)境而定，如粉塵較大至少每隔4個(gè)月更換一次，正常情況下應(yīng)該每隔12個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次。機(jī)器內(nèi)部除塵。該操作至少應(yīng)該每隔1個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次。
5) Maintenance cycle of jet printer. Every 15 days, check the pipeline of the jet printer, whether it is ageing, whether the joints are loosened and the filters are replaced. The operation depends on the environment. If the dust is large, it should be replaced at least every four months. Normally, it should be done every 12 months. Dust removal inside the machine. The operation should be performed at least once every 1 month.
四、噴碼機(jī)耗材的使用和保管注意事項(xiàng)
IV. Notices for Use and Maintenance of Consumables for Printers
1、噴碼機(jī)使用的消耗品揮發(fā)性強(qiáng)，保管時(shí)，應(yīng)低于35度，避免高溫，遠(yuǎn)離火源、熱源，必須密封良好并貯藏在蔭涼通風(fēng)處（封閉性好的厚壁鐵柜內(nèi)貯存）。
1. The consumables used in the jet printer are highly volatile. They should be kept below 35 degrees, avoid high temperature and keep away from fire and heat sources. They must be well sealed and stored in a shady and ventilated place (in a thick-walled iron cabinet with good sealing).
2、噴碼機(jī)的消耗品的保質(zhì)期是一年。

3、噴碼機(jī)的消耗品嚴(yán)格對(duì)應(yīng)品牌使用，不得使用替代品，否則會(huì)給設(shè)備造成嚴(yán)重傷害。
